  • How do I book?
    You can book online through our website or through our message portal. You may also call and make reservations over the phone with the information listed on our contact page.
  • How far in advance do I need to book?
    The earlier you book, the better! We can't guarantee that specific equipment will be available if booked last minute, in general we require a deposit 2 weeks in advance. This gives us enough time to gather all details and to provide you a great service.
  • Are there any rules with the equipment?
    Our rules are pretty simple and will be posted directly in front of or near the set up. No shoes allowed, socks required for most set ups and are provided by us if so, no face paint or glitter, no food or drink allowed on bounce houses or in soft play areas, no sharp objects, and adult supervision is required at all times.   • Where can the equipment be set up?
    We will set up indoors or outdoors but do require a flat surface. We will not set up on dirt, mud, loose gravel, or mulch. Keep in mind bounce houses require staking or must be tied down with ropes. If setting up indoors we do not require stakes or ropes, but be aware that the bounce house may move a small amount on non-carpeted surfaces.
  • Can we get additional hours?
    Our packages include up to 4 hours of play in the rental cost (this does not include set-up or breakdown time). The cost per extra hour of equipment rental is $100 if requested at least 7 business days prior to the date of your event. If additional time is requested on the DAY OF the event, the fee is $150 per extra hour.
  • How do you clean your equipment?
    The Playday Co. has strict cleaning policies in place to assure your children are playing on clean surfaces. We do not allow same day bookings on any of our equipment in order to allow enough time to clean and disinfect between use. We will inspect and clean all equipment on pick up, we will then inspect and clean the equipment the morning of it's next event. All ball pit balls are thoroughly washed between use with a commercial grade cleaning process.
